Punch tooling is quite expensive for metal core pcb/aluminium pcb, it's not cost effective to make a punch tooling if the order quantity is not very large or repeat production frequently.
Regarding star metal core pcb/aluminium pcb, A-TECH CIRCUITS have our own ready-made punch tooling, and it could be shared with other similar star pcb boards as long as the panelization is the same as ours. The panel size is 97.51 x 117.5mm/20up(4x5), which consist of 20Pcs and in the format of 4x5Pcs, the width of three break-away is 5mm. We could also provide this tooling panel in other format such as gerber or CAD if needed.
